The Skylark Federation are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant and Lunchtime Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly school at Hamsey. The role would primarily involve working with children with additional needs, supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting. The role is fixed term as it is linked to a child
The successful candidate will liaise with class teachers, support assistants and outside agencies to support the children and promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.
The INA role is from 8.30 until 12.00 and then 12.00 until 1.00 for two days a week as a lunchtime assistant.
We are a popular group of schools and we would love to welcome you to our Federation. All training and guidance will be provided for the successful candidate.
The hours of work are 16.25 as INA and 2.00 as an MDSA
